Information we collect from you
- Account and contact details, such as your name and email address.
- Billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we don't store full card numbers.
- Usage information, such as the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your IP address and how you interact with the site.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and measure our marketing. This includes the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta and us measure how our ads perform and show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine this with other information it has about you, under Meta's own privacy policy. You can control this through your browser settings and your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram.
Information about people on X
Scraxe lets customers monitor X accounts. When someone follows a monitored account, we process publicly available information about that person, such as their X username, display name and public profile details, along with an email address associated with them when one can be found. We provide this information to the customer monitoring that account.
If you'd like us to stop processing your information, email [email protected] with your X username. We'll remove your information from our service and keep it out of future results.

How we share information
- With customers: information about people on X is shared with the customer monitoring the account they followed. Customers may use, share or resell it, and are responsible for doing so lawfully.
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics and advertising partners.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Providing information about people on X to our customers may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time with the removal request described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our service, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our service isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
