These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scraxe website and service, operated by Scraxe ("Scraxe," "we," "us"). By using Scraxe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Scraxe monitors X accounts you choose and provides information about their new followers, including email addresses where they can be found. Features, integrations and availability may change over time. Scraxe is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp. or any other brand shown on our site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Scraxe. Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Introductory discounts apply only to your first month. After that, your plan renews at the regular price shown at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• 7-day money-back guarantee: if Scraxe isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Later payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a renewal payment is declined, we retry it over the following days. If it still fails, your plan is canceled.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for how you use the information you get from Scraxe. You agree to:

• Follow every law that applies to your outreach and data use, including anti-spam and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, the GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws.
• Identify yourself in your messages, include a working way to opt out, and honor opt-out and deletion requests promptly.
• Not use Scraxe to harass, stalk, threaten or discriminate against anyone, to send unlawful or deceptive content, or to contact minors.
• Not resell or share access to your Scraxe account or the service itself, or interfere with or try to break the service.

Reselling leads

You may resell or share the emails and other lead information you collect with Scraxe. If you do, you're responsible for doing so lawfully, including any rules that apply to selling personal information, such as data broker registration and people's rights to opt out. You must also require whoever receives the information to follow the same laws and to honor opt-out and deletion requests.

No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee how many followers, emails or leads you'll get, or that the information we provide is accurate, complete or current. Results vary, and we make no promises about sales, revenue or any other outcome.

Third-party services

Scraxe works with third-party platforms and tools, such as X and the integrations listed on our site. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for them or for changes to their availability.

Our intellectual property

Scraxe, including its software, design and content, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. This license covers the service itself; the leads you collect are yours to use and resell as described under "Reselling leads".

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create legal risk for us or others, or don't pay. You can stop using Scraxe at any time.

Disclaimers

Scraxe is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scraxe won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify Scraxe against claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Scraxe is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Scraxe after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
